Augusta Board of Supervisors candidate Kincheloe’s election endorsed by property rights group
Chris Kincheloe, a Augusta County Board of Supervisors candidate for the Pastures District, has been endorsed for election by the Private Property Rights Institute (PPRI), an advocacy group for economic rights for property owners.
“Private property rights is the foundation of our democracy and the cornerstone of a free economy,” PPRI spokesman Dom Arron said. “That’s why we are proud to endorse Chris Kincheloe, who we believe shares these values.”
Kincheloe, a Republican, is running for the district seat on the county Board of Supervisors. He is running against Independent Tracy Pyles Jr., a former member of the Augusta Board of Supervisors from 2003 to 2023.
Kincheloe is a volunteer fireman, real estate agent at Decker Realty, Vice President of Nuckols Gun Works and a member of Rotary International.
The election is November 11, but early in-person voting starts September 19. You can also request a mail-in ballot up until October 24. More information can be found here.
The Pastures District is a magisterial district within Augusta County. The county is divided into seven such districts, and each district elects one supervisor to represent its constituents on the board.
PPRI is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization dedicated to defending the fundamental right to private property ownership, a cornerstone of personal freedom and economic prosperity.
